We are taking precautions and moving slowly with our reopening because we want long term success. We are committed to providing a safe haven for everyone.

doing our part to keep everyone safe:

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled & learn the lay of the land

  • WE PROMISE to adhere to NYS and county guidelines for sanitizing and social distancing. We will provide approved hand washing and sanitizing products for guests and adhere to daily wellness checks for instructors and students. We will wear masks at all times when in The Living Seed. We will maintain online classes for all students who are not yet ready to join in-person classes. YOUR PART is that you follow procedures outlined - as well as frequent hand washing and checking in with yourself that you will NOT attend in-person class if you are not 100% well OR if you have been in close contact with a COVID patient or in a COVID hotspot within the past 14 days. You understand that while we are doing everything in our power to keep a clean, safe environment that we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed to viruses. Important changes are in place during our initial stage of opening. NEW POLICIES FOR ATTENDING IN-PERSON CLASSES

    • Classes are now RESERVATION ONLY and must be paid in advance online.

  • • Classes in the front classroom have an 9 PERSON LIMIT with marked spaces for mats 6 ft. apart. Classes in the small room have a 3 PERSON LIMIT.

  • • BRING YOUR OWN PROPS or purchase new from Yoga Life Styles in Highland, NY. You will receive a 20% discount if you say you are from The Living Seed.

  • • Bring your own water and vessel

  • • No hands on assists

  • • Please note: in-person classes are labeled “IN-PERSON” in the online schedule

  • • As per NY guidelines FACE MASKS worn at all times

  • • Touchless temperature check / sanitizer on entry THE LIVING SEED IS FOLLOWING ALL NYS AND ULSTER COUNTY GUIDELINES SANITIZATION PROTOCOL • High-touch areas sanitized with EPA approved wipes after EVERY class

  • • Hand sanitizer stations throughout facility

  • • Hand soap in bathroom

  • • Studio floor sanitized and mopped after every class

  • • Whole premises cleaned daily

  • • Weekly deep clean of entire premises

  • • Outside forced air ventilation system and air purifiers will be running during classes

  • • MOLEKULE Photo Electrochemical Oxidation (PECO) air filter system running all day. o Molekule uses nanotechnology, PECO is able to destroy pollutants 1000 times smaller than the standard filters must meet to qualify as HEPA. www.molekule.com INSTRUCTOR SAFETY PROTOCOL

  • • Instructors wear masks at all times (until directed differently by NY state)

  • • Instructors complete temp check and wellness form prior to class

  • • Instructors sanitize all high touch areas after each class

  • • Instructors will not come within 6 ft of students

  • • Only 100% well instructors teach

    • All classes (including in-person) will remain virtual as an option unless stated • Regular class pricing and memberships will apply for in-person classes • If you register for then do not show up for class you will be charged
